This charming, small apartment is located in the Dorsoduro quarter, one of the quietest and most
picturesque areas of Venice. There is a lovely promenade that takes you from the Salute church to the
harbor with a wonderful view along the way. Close to the apartment is also the beautiful Squero di San
Trovaso where they build and repair the gondolas. In the area there are many cafes and small restaurants
and a convenient supermarket is just a couple of minutes from the property. The boat stop Zattere is just
across the street.
(40 m2) Ground floor: There is a living/dining room with a very well equipped kitchenette (oven,
microwave). There is a master bedroom with double bed, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.
The amenities include: washing machine, oven, central heating, microwave oven, and television.

of some of the buildings, as well as the infrastructure of the city, you may experience low water
pressure and electricity outages, especially during the summer months.
