Academie de France. The Trevi Fountain is walking distance, as is the Piazza di Spagna (Spanish

appliances with antique furniture, artwork, and Chinese carpets. The decor is in the traditional style,
reflecting the taste of the owner. There is a doorman for the building, who is available to help with
luggage. The owner lives very close, and is able to arrange for a high level of service.
Fifth floor (with elevator): To the left of the entrance hall is the master bedroom with a king-size bed
(can be separated into two beds upon request). The marble bathroom has a tub with a handheld
shower head, sink and WC. The bedroom opens onto a long narrow balcony equipped with a small
table and chairs. The study has a queen-size sofa bed for two extra sleeping places. This room
shares the bathroom with the master bedroom. To the right of the entrance is a twin-bedded room
and a bathroom with shower, sink and WC. The hallway leads to the spacious living/dining room
on the left, and the large kitchen on the right. The kitchen has two doors, one of which is a service
entrance.
